My favorite pub, here on the East Coast, had one keg of this brew. It's fantastic!! I can't wait to try more, even if it means flying out west to do so.

This is perhaps my favorite of all time. I even use it in a couple recipes and it MAKES the recipe!

Hands down one of the most impressive craft beers I have ever had the pleasure to discover.

Thanks and keep up the AMAZING work!!!!

[...] Boont ESB (6.8% ABV) (ESB) (B) Anderson Valley Brewing Company “The abundant hopping in this four-time gold medal winner, creates arousing aromatics, accompanied by a pleasantly bitter bite. Boont Extra Special Beer is deep gold in color, with a spicy hop aroma. Starts with a big, malty backbone and finishes with a refreshingly bitter bite. Boont Extra Special Beer is excellent alone or as an accompaniment to your favorite well-seasoned meals (such as Mexican, Korean, Chinese, Indian, or Thai, cuisine).” AR: tart bitterness AP: deep gold color, light haze; head is light and off-white FL: subtle malts and bitterness prevalent throughout MF: light carbonation, flavor lasts well after the drink was finished OI: “maybe good with Mexican food” Share and Enjoy: [...]

I visit your brewery in Janurary 1997, and up until this day I have never had a better beer than your Belk's ESB! Thanks.

I just wanted to congratulate you on your outstanding ESB. I have sampled the style far and wide and yours has the finest blend of malts with a very assertive hoppiness. Good work out of you.

First off, let me say thank you, your ESB is the finest I've tasted , and I've tasted them all (well I've tryed at least 50 ESB's). I'm a dedicated Bitter drinker, it's what I like, I desire a full taste in my beer, not too strong, not too sweet, just nice and full. I've had bitter from 11 different countries, countless varieties from each, but lo and behold I've found the perfect bitter right here at home in BELK's ESB . For me it's PERFECTION. My quest is over, now all I need do is sit back and enjoy . Again my sincere thanks ..

Hey Guys, just wanted to let you know I really loved your ESB. I pasted the contents of a review I entered on www.beeradvocate.com to let you know what I thought: "This is the last pair of a "sampler" case of ESB's and Pale Ales that I bought in PA (12 different brews in one). Every one was good, but I am glad I saved this one to the last. I really, really think this was the best of the bunch. I can't wait to try some of your other offerings as soon as I can find them in the DE-PA area. Thanks, Greg

Belk's is absolutely a classic bitter ale! Plenty of lively, robust flavor and the perfect degree of bitter.
