We grew up in Milwaukee, WI, which of course, was known as "beer country", so we have always enjoyed beers. We liked the Spring season, when they came out with the dark heavier beers and ales. We will always buy it by the case, when possible, and we have even been known to wipe out a Supermarket's entire stock. We have also made it our personal missions to try and convert people one person at a time. It has been pretty easy so far. People think they have an idea of what their favorite beer is, but when they taste that sweet, creamy, euphoric Summer Solstice Ale, there is no turning back. The only down side is that it is offered in special release so it cannot be purchased year round. "I recently tasted Summer Solstice Cerveza Crema for the first time at the North American Beer Awards (NABA) competition at the Mountain Brewers Beer Fest in Idaho Falls, Idaho. I was a judge (BJCP) at the NABA competition and tasted over 150 different beers during 2 ½ days of judging. Summer Solstice was one of 2 or 3 beers during the competition that truly pleased my pallet and caused me to save the sample for "further study". My wife was a steward at the competition so I asked her to find the name of beer number "111", but of course she couldn’t tell me the name until the judging was completed. My wife also enjoyed the smooth rich flavor of Summer Solstice, so we found it stocked at a local beer and wine specialty shop, and now keep a few bottles in our refrigerator. My compliments to the brewmaster! "
